I CAN UNDERSTAND SOME HESITATION WHEN SOMEONE SEES THE SITE
THEY MAY NOT VENTURE INTO OFFERING ME A POSITION.
THAT'S OKAY...I DO UNDERSTAND.
THIS IS AN UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCE. THE COMPANY...WALMART WAS NOT
WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY PRESENTED TO ME WHEN I WAS HIRED. THE
COMPANY HAS CHANGED TREMENDOUSLY OVER THE YEARS.
HAD I BEEN TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO FOLLOW RULES THAT AMOUNTED TO
LIES AND WOULD HAVE TO TREAT ASSOCIATES AS UNEQUAL I WOULD NOT
HAVE WORKED FOR THE COMPANY AT ALL.
I LEFT KMART BECAUSE OF MANAGEMENT'S WAY OF TREATING WORKERS
AND THOUGHT I FOUND A RETAIL CULTURE THAT APPRECIATED THE
WORKERS WITHOUT A UNION.
I WAS LED TO BELIEVE I ONLY HAD TO FOLLOW COMPANY POLICY AND DID
SO UNTIL THEY DECIDED I WAS WRONG FOR DOING SO.
TOO MANY LIES, TOO MANY LIARS AND NO COMMUNICATION RESULTED IN
MY SEPARATION.

Retail experience has spanned over twenty-five years.
Extensive experience has been in the supermarket and foods management areas.
During the last seven years I have been employed by Walmart both as a department manager of various
departments on the grocery side of the store and as a field manager with experience in all areas of super
center management.
Supervisory areas of responsibility in the grocery/frozen/dairy/fresh departments were areas where my direct
interaction with the associates enabled increases in sales of up to sixty-one percent.
Profit margin in most recent location for the year was 7.25 percent with a yearly inventory shrink of .33.
I am a pro-associate, communicator with hands on experience in every area of the store.
With excellence customer service and associate communication market share and sales increases are there
for the taking.

The reasons for my separation from the company are unclear presently as far as Walmart is concerned I have
no idea of what they may say when a reference is called for.
I will do my best to explain as I did all I could to be right with following what I believed was company policy.
I did manage to find out that there were people that came to my house (I thought they were college kids)
who worked for Carolina Productions, later I found they were connected to Robert Greenwald but even so I
was not given a chance to check into it and would not sign a release for them as they were obviously starting
to gather information for "The Walmart Movie"
The interrogations that I was subjected to were very intimidating and I didn't understand what was happening.
I was told I could leave during the interrogation and the store manager was notified that I was leaving the store.
I made every attempt to find out why I was being interrogated...this was not an interview...Janey was
interrogating me with Loss Prevention present.
It is a long story and I would be happy to do my best to explain.
I have been told different versions of what happened by corporate, regional and the store involved.
I was not a part of "The Walmart Movie?"
Thank you for your consideration. I am sure I would be an asset to a company that has high ethical standards.
